Overview & Eligibility

Grace Elizabeth Swift ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Ninja Max (the "Application"), a mobile application for an online business book club. Through the Application you can browse upcoming book discussions, reserve a seat in a live online session, choose a single session or a monthly membership, take a short book-recommendation quiz, and request a 1-on-1 consultation with a financial expert.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described here.

The Application is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Information You Provide

You do not need to create an account or a password to use Ninja Max. We collect only the information you choose to give us:

• Reservation details: when you reserve a seat, your full name, phone number and email address, together with the session you selected (book, date and time) and the plan you are interested in.
• Consultation requests: when you request a 1-on-1 consultation, your full name, phone number and email address, the expert you selected and the time slot you requested.
• Profile details: the name, phone number and email address you save on the Profile screen. These details are stored on your device and are used to prefill your forms. They are sent to us only when you submit a reservation or a consultation request.
• Quiz answers: the topics and preferences you select in the book-recommendation quiz. We use them only to show you a matching book and session.
• Correspondence: your email address and the content of any message you send us, for example a support request or a reply to a reservation email.

We do not collect payment card or bank account details in the Application, and no payments are made in the Application. Payment details are sent to you by email after you reserve (see our Terms of Service).

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage information: device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, and information about how you use the Application, such as screens viewed, sessions opened and reservations started or completed.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data that help us find and fix problems.
• Time zone: the Application uses your device's time zone setting to show session times in your local time. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): collected only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, as described in Section 5.

How We Use Information

• To reserve your seat and send you a confirmation, the link to the online discussion, a short reading guide and payment details by email.
• To process your consultation request, pass it to the expert you selected and confirm the time with you.
• To contact you about your reservation or request, for example about schedule changes or cancellations. The Application does not send push notifications; service messages are sent by email, and by phone only where needed for your reservation or consultation.
• To recommend a book and session based on your quiz answers.
• To understand how people discover Ninja Max and which channels (for example, advertising campaigns or partners) bring new members to the club.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Application.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not display advertising in the Application, and we do not sell your personal information for money.

App Tracking Transparency and Attribution

Before we access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), iOS will ask for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, our third-party attribution and analytics partners may receive the IDFA together with install and in-app event data (for example, app opened or reservation submitted). We use this information only to measure which advertising campaigns and channels bring members to Ninja Max.

If you select "Ask App Not to Track," we will not access the IDFA. Your choice does not affect any feature of the Application. You can change your choice at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where tracking is not permitted, we may rely on aggregated measurement tools provided by Apple that do not identify you.

We do not use your name, phone number or email address for tracking, and we do not share them with advertising or attribution partners.

How We Share Information

• Hosts and experts: the host leading a session you reserved, or the expert you requested a consultation with, receives your name, contact details and the selected session or time so they can run the session or contact you.
• Service providers: companies that help us operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, the video-conferencing platform used for live discussions, analytics, crash reporting and attribution providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Other participants: during live discussions, other participants can see the name you display on the video-conferencing platform and anything you choose to share in the session.
• Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the Company or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Under some U.S. state privacy laws (for example, in California), providing the IDFA and related event data to attribution partners may be considered "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out by declining tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt or in your device settings, or by contacting us.

Data Retention

Profile details stay on your device until you change them or delete the Application. We keep reservation and consultation records for as long as needed to provide the session or consultation, handle payment questions and keep business records, and then delete or anonymize them, unless a longer period is required by law. Usage, diagnostic and attribution data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

• Data requests: email us at [email protected] from the email address you used for your reservation or request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
• Profile details: you can edit or clear them on the Profile screen, or remove them by deleting the Application.
• Tracking: you can allow or block tracking at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Emails: you can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time. We may still send messages about a reservation or consultation you made.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the Application or by email where we have your address. Your continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
